About Me
Hi, I’m Racheal Vencill — thank you so much for visiting Cheerful Cherubs!
I always dreamed of working with children. From “playing school” as a little girl to babysitting as a teen, my love for teaching started early. In high school, I worked at a daycare and completed an internship at Hilltop Elementary School — experiences that confirmed early childhood education was exactly where I was meant to be.
After graduation, I continued my studies in Early Childhood Growth and Development at Anne Arundel Community College and gained hands-on experience teaching in a preschool classroom. As life unfolded — growing, marrying, and having children of my own — opening my own childcare felt like the most natural next step.
Since 2012, I’ve been blessed to care for children and support families within the Glen Burnie community. My goal has always been to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where children are excited to learn and grow — and where parents have peace of mind knowing their child is cared for, engaged, and thriving.
Choosing quality care is more than simply finding daycare — it’s choosing your child’s first educational experience, the foundation that shapes how they see learning for years to come. It would be an honor to be part of your child’s most formative years and the beginning of their learning journey!
